4X400....edward won....expected....got weiyang and kenvin and jeffrey....den er...the rest later man man jiang....philippe send 2 teams...edward oso....anyway edward 2nd team a bit the 'frightening' sia....got vincent yu.....lionel frm 4-3(the monitor) and some others....hahah...den phillipe 1st team got richie(1st)..shaolong...teo zheming(last runner) and jiahui....den 2nd team got me....damien....jeremy khoo...and some guy....me 2nd runner....damien last.....tat some guy 1st....joseph ar...weiming too tired....den ber a bit siao today....run 200 and 400 liao.....den 4 by 4 still take....damn pek manz....if only he didnt take...den start off.....richie pass the baton 1st.....(whoa~!!)tat guy frm team 2 pass 3rd...edward second....den i run and run loh...some siao guy sprinted off....yar...i think is frm joseph one.....den his last 100 die out....me overtook loh....den think is tat guy frm edward 2nd team overtook me a bit only at the last 10m.....den jeremy set off slowly....den at the end pass the baton 3rd....philippe 1st team pass baton is second....edward dunno where liao....haha....too fast....den zheming and damien paced each other....think they did it too slowly...den ber 10m behind....oso pacing them.....last 100....can see damien very tired....but he got into 2nd postion liao....zheming only 2 steps behind him....den ber 5m behind....ber caught up loh...in the end damien fall at the last few steps....got 4th...nvm lah....3 pts alot liao....den zheming got 3rd....and if damien a bit faster....I WUD HAF GOT MY MEDAL~!!!!
