haiz...muscles still aching...u dun farking hell not feel anything when u ran 21 rounds...did like 200++ pumping and crunches each...30 star jumps...60 X 20 jumping jacks....burpees...lost count...halfway thru...i was already asking myself...hmm...i think this is the last set already....and disappointment sets in everytime....again and again...when mr foo said...PUMPING POSITION~!!! wah fark manz....

if i dun say i am super hungry now...i am a kid....hahaha...left a super crappy note at jas's blog....hahah...need to complete gp tonite...study econs...charge my phone...watch meet my folks....tmr still got training...
