Watched The Incredibles just now. But the dvd got problem, so kind of sad that i miss the ending and thus not knowing what powers does that baby has. Grrr.
Past few days have been passing quite quickly, despite not having much to do. Did my first issuing of Candace OBMs... as i expected, a few didn't work... because of laziness from the previous ICs. I figure i won't be in the mood to flush the OBMs monthly, unless i am feeling really garung. Actually there's plenty to do each month, it's only whether you want to do or not. If not, i will most probably end up doing nothing much in the office... listening to radio, reading some book, or probably sleeping.
IPPT next month. Time does fly yea? Still remember that time in SISPEC when i was psychoing myself for that Gold. Kind of amazing i've been to SOCE and through BPCC and has already been at that little house for 3 months.
Zico and the guys have taught me quite a few things. Sharing his good old experience with us about "lup-sup-spa". Sis was asking me about songs from army that can be used as cheers for her sports day. After thinking about some, i realised most are quite vulgar. Well... quite apprehensive about taking over from KP. But i am glad there's Shaun and the rest around. Even though the rest ain't from Candace, but we mostly do the same stuff, so at least if i am not sure of something, there's bound to be someone that can help.
Been the Good-Life Spec. for the past week. Also because i am the duty spec. The guys have been coming up with that a GLS must do. 1)Provide good life for the men. 2)Ensure that we do not do gei-zhua things. Both that i totally agree. Have been trying to fall them out early everyday. And i've been trying to regard them as equal to me. Afterall, in BSS, the spec is the man and the man is the spec. The other day, Weiming was saying that Shaun looks more like the spec and i look more like the man.
Anyway, we are all there just to serve the cause.
Had quite a good sleep the past couple of days. Prepared for the next week. There's outcamp run on friday at Pasir Ris. Kind of gei-zhua but hopefully can fall out early.
And the thing about GK not giving us anymore excuse date for Gedong duty is bothering me. Hey dude, i've got a competition coming up and a concert in Sept and i swear if i am down for duty on Sat, i am going to unhappy. But guess what my dear 2IC said, (or maybe did)... well nothing actually, except some consolation that i most probably won't kena more than one Sat duty per 3 months.
Well... all i can say is if this kind of thing can happen, maybe... just maybe GK isn't capable enought to be planning duties. So much for a 1st sergeant.
Going to spend my afternoon playing game.
