Went KL last weekend, came back on Haji. Fantastic trip... holiday with Sy is always fun... and there were people whom i only know much better during my Nov trip to Melbourne so it kind of makes the trip more unique. And everything is like so much cheaper over there. Especially the DVDs and the PS games.

Some msia friends of Sy's came over and this few days we accompanied them to Chinatown for shopping, Geylang for some frog's legs porridge, MOS on Wed and Zouk last night.

Somehow, 2005 went by very quickly. For me at least. Because 2005's CNY didn't feel very long ago. I guess time passes very fast when you don't think about it. Like for all the stuff i remember clearly is CNY, then i went over to Melb in April, then again during Nov... for everything that's in between, it's mainly daily work and waiting for each week to end and probably when my understudy came and LRI and stocktake... and when Sy is back, time also somehow flies which sucks... like now's mid jan ALREADY... WTF. Because awhile back i was thinking how wonderful it would be for Christmas and new year to come... and now i have even been to KL and back!

Anyway i am getting really tired by all the questions about how come i have so many days leave and offs. It's cute when grandma starts asking whether i got tao bing(Awol) or not... but you know it's getting irritating... It seems like i have taken a lot of leave but actually it isn't a lot, because it's all concentrated during this period of time and so it seems a lot. Plus there were a lot of public holidays here and there. When people were taking leave back in july, august, september and october, i was busily working day in day out, or even if i was slacking, i was in camp. So there! And i am using my ORD leave so what's the big fuss? I can choose when i like to work and when i like to rest right? And if i so happen to want to work on the last week of May, why shouldn't i? In the end, everyone has the same number of leaves anyway.
