Got this from Straits Times... Chua Mui Hoong's article... damn true...

"Okay, hands up all of you out there who cheat on parking coupons.
You know the kind of cheating I mean. You arrive at a carpark lot at 2.05pm. You think you'll be there for about an hour. So you tear off tabs to park from 2.15pm to 2.45pm and figure the chances of getting caught before 2.15 and after 2.45 arent high. Voila! You've saved the pricely sum of 50 cents.
Everyone i've asked confesses to cheating on parking coupons.
I did, too. It's a strange psychology.
It isn't just the 50 cents saved(What is 50 cents nowadays? It can't even get you a drink in a coffee shop.)
There's just something so satistying about thinking you got the upper hand over the "authorities" - authorities in this case being those who collect and benefit from car park charges. Some people even go to the extent of not displaying coupons, as a matter of course."

Yup... i swear it's just for the kick la... or maybe for the feeling that after saving many 1 dollars... you will save a lot of money...
