Been having a little problem uploading photos cos too many people's using the bandwidth in the house so when it gets really slow, nothing really loads.

So Jiahui, Jiayun, Pei Kee, Sy and me rented a car and we decided to spend Friday and Saturday to visit a few interesting places. I finally got to drive around Aussie!!

And what my mum said was true. You don't quite realise how fast you are going until you see the speedo.

I think it's because the roads are wide and everywhere is open and airy unlike Singapore so you kind of get the feeling that you ain't going that fast.

Well, we decided to go to Phillip Island on Friday. Drove all the way south, saw plenty of moo moos and meh mehs around. It's all really farm-y.


Came across a Chocolate Factory on the way but there were no Charlie. Would have bought lots of chocolate cos they were all sooooo damn nice, especially the white truffles but they were kind of expensive.


Then we drove to Nobbies Centre to find out about the Penguin Parade and also to get tickets. Walked down the ramps and walkways to see the Nobbies.

Pretty cold cos the wind was blowing non-stop and i just felt that i'm at the end of the land cos the ocean seemed to go forever.

Then got hungry(again!) so we went to grab a bite before waiting for the penguins to come home. They don't allow photography but i took a few secretly but the one below's the best so far.

The penguins were super duper cute. Like they were soooo small and all wobbly.

And there was one that i like tremendously cos it walked and walked and walked all the way up the slope with many people following it. So brave and funny!
