Students do know when their lecturers aren't hardworking.

There's this lecturer that i have, whom after week 4 as far as i can remember, doesn't produce anymore lecture notes. What we are told is to read a research paper and well ... he has all the knowledge in his brain ... so it's easy for him.

And so the lecture becomes somewhat like a tutorial.

I guess it must be all the biceps. =x
