Dear Blog,

Just got home. Need to go continue study for test. But i'm kind of tired.

Had a good weekend. Coming to the end of my trainee life already. The next time i book out i would be preparing to pass out.

Something wrong with my family hall's tv... it's quite old already... can't watch mediacorp's channel for more than 3 minutes...

Watched Bride & Prejudice today... Nice... think that the female actress is damn attractive...

Siannn... don't want to book in...

Lah

Dear Blog,

Almond package just ended. Coming to the end of the course. Exercise Unicorn left. Can't wait.

Warrant Chua is a motor-mouth. He is irritating. Bridge construction yesterday. Sense of accomplishment to see the end-product. No more Ama Keng.

Going out later. Not going to waste this weekend. Not booking out next weekend because of exercise.

Chris and Zihao got confinement. Terry was made to copy lines. Warrant Tan isn't nicknamed "Qiao mo"(Bridge devil) for nothing.

Happy Bday to our dearest Mr Jiang. (What's with the mr lin thing manz...)

Tired... zzz...

Yours,
Lah

Dear Blog,

There were shooting stars that night during overnight rafting. But too bad i didn't see any. Sgt See said some just merely dropped from the edge of the sky, while one very prominent one shot across the length of the sky...

Make a wish...

Lah

Dear Blog,

When guys stay in army too long and become very close, we kind of become brothers... or... we develop certain gay behaviours, which mistakably, are unintentional.

30 plus guys squeezing into a 5 tonner only helps strengthening brotherly ties, or... a chance to develop close male dependency. Everyone was sleeping lest a few garung ones... and in a way or another, every other guy would be falling asleep, lying on the male shoulder next to him. It is a very emotional sight, either that or a very hilarious one.

Yours,
Lah

Dear Blog,

Long weekend coming to an end soon.

Completed playing ffx. Good game. Started on X2.

Lots of thoughts in my mind. Can't compile them.

Have fun and take care...

Yours,
Lah

Dear Blog,

Today's training was a waste of time. Think all of us used the transport time to sleep. All of us have found a new "pastime", falling asleep at every given chance. Everytime we get on the tonner on our way to either camp, all of us will naturally KO. Anyway, we just learnt that high bank launching is extremely dangerous and should be discouraged.

Today i forgot to put the safety pin into the quick release lever. Could have caused others to be injured. Haiz. So disappointing. I am just not focusing when i am simply waiting for time to pass.

Leg damn itchy scratch until got wound. Haha... but it was damn damn itchy.

Long weekend. Selamat Hari Raya to all.

Yours,
Lah

Dear Blog,

Was reading the papers just now. "Eating more fibre will reduce the risk of having high cholesterol." Doesn't it mean eating more fruits which contains fibre will reduce the risk of heart attacks which are caused by high cholesterol? I thought everyone knows that?

Kind of like they ran out of things to write in the papers. It ain't news. It's olds.

Happy Deepavali to all. Sungei Gedong Camp was fine. Ama Keng is just a small reservior. So no tide changes to adjust to nor any salty water. Almond is becoming fun. And Warrant Woo is earning my hatred with his constant kping and "NABAE~!!"

Cool~~ my mum just gave me a map of spore. Quite detailed and its very portable. Very very useful. =))

2 days back, Cavan and JH found that the filter for one of the fueltank for the 7-ton was missing. So Cavan went to take another one. He then tried to insert the filter in and before i know it, the filter slip right through into the fuel tank. It was damn funny. Then later found out the missing one was already in the fuel tank because the catch of the fuel tank was missing. So now got 2 filters in the fuel tank.

Yesterday was a damn bad day. I could easily have been punished with 3 confinements. But luck was on my side... hope it stays this way and that none of them remembers anything. Apparently i forgot to pull out the tail lights so Master Vincent saw, but Brian said he doesn't remember. Well... Master Vincent has more things to worry about when his 7-ton crashed into the gate and knocked the whole pillar down. Haiz... drivers nowadays. Mine was a daredevil. The whole 7-ton was swerving to one side and i swear the wheels and the left side went off the ground. Sgt See who was sitting next to me was saying sarcastically that he hasn't seen a 7-ton topple before.

Then after that while operating the boom, the hydraulic locking pin got a bit of problem. So aiya basically created a bit of bing biam then thought jialat liao... cos if a machinery shaked so much, it's ought to get damaged. But it didn't la. Heng ar... Sgt See was like "PUA CB~!!!" Then i was like... die liao la...

Don't know why he treats me so nice. Or maybe he is nice to everyone.

Been hearing things of our instructors. Sgt Xinglong should have received the silver bayonet but don't know why never receive. Then Sgt See is damn good with practical stuff but has attitude problem.(I think he sees the similarity in me. =p)

Been thinking about who are the 2 or 3 corporals that will receive the silver bayonets... think that will be a surprise... i don't think i can get one, sinply because i am too slack. Derrick should get it, but his EQ isn't that fantastic. And Terry should also with his determination and hardworking attitude. Think JH will get it. Fav. Cpl of Warrant Tan. Super enthu la.

Sometimes when someone has proved himself to the crowd, when he speaks, everyone will naturally listen to him. Even if he is not the PC or the PS, when he comes up with ideas and gives instructions, people will follow. But very hard to achieve.

Was on the tonner going back to Seletar camp last night at LCK there. There was this stretch of super long and wide road. I was saying it will definitely be one of the hotspots for race cars. Then Clarence said it is an emergency airstrip. Ya... didn't know there is such a place like that.

Lunch now with family.

Take care...

Yours,
Lah

Dear Blog,

Hey... I am tired of being a trainee. Can't imagine how those cadets went through so much. Respect to them.

Went for a ride the night i booked out before going to fetch sis from her friend's place. Gave me the desired effect i needed.

Sian... no motivation to blog... nothing to blog about also... except moving to Ama Keng for the next 2 weeks... heard the place is worse than seletar camp. Wish me luck. But thing to look forward to is the deepavali and hari raya puasa hols... Though i think they will whack us hard hard for the 1st 3 days...

Fred and Yf came over yest. Fred is a pig. =p And he has no ball sense. Haha...

This weekend is passing too fast... Those that failed the Candace test would have already booked in. Must tahan... 3 plus more weeks to POP.

Don't know why i don't have any interest in almond. I am just smoking my way through. Terry said it is because i've already done candace so i thought that there's no need to learn almond. I don't know la. I am just waiting for time to pass... just going through the motion. Wasn't focusing during component training. Basically just walking along the line of confinement. =p

Just plain sian.

I don't like packing and all the hassle. But i got to do it tonight.

And guess what... Soce has a one week block leave starting from coming tues. What a bummer.

And we thought we broke the record in BPCC for having the 1st nights out when Major Mike came over on thurs, only for WSM to say we have lots of stores to prepare for. The higher you put your hopes, the more disappointed you will get. Such a simple lesson, yet we still commit.

Yours,
Lah
